方敏先生于 2007 年加入华平，主要负责华平亚洲医疗健康行业的投资。加入华平之前，方先生就职于波士顿咨询集团，主要负责医药和医疗器械领域的管理咨询业务。方先生目前担任北京美中宜和妇儿医院集团、伊美尔公司、海吉亚医疗集团和艾尔贝佳医疗集团的董事。

他持有复旦大学国际金融学士学位以及美国斯坦福大学商学院的 MBA 学位。

Min Fang is based in Shanghai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2007 and focuses on investments in the healthcare sector in Asia. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group focusing on management consulting for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Mr. Fang is a director of Beijing Amcare Women’s, Children’s Hospital Group and Evercare (Beijing) Holding Group Co. Ltd., Hygeia Medical Services Group and UIB (China) Limited.

He received a B.A. of International Finance from Fudan University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
