硕士研究生学历，广东省卫计委副主任，广东省中医药局局长。分管卫计委办公室、规划与财务处、省中医药局。联系省第二中医院（省中医药工程技术研究院）、省中医药科技发展交流中心等。

Deputy Director of Guangdong Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission (HFPC); Director General of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bureau of Guangdong Province. He is in charge of the HFPC office, Department of planning and finance, Provincial TCM bureau and contact with Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital (Guangdong Research Institute Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Manufacturing Technology), Guangdong TCM technology development and exchange center, etc.
