机器人辅助胸腔镜技术用于胸腺瘤切除

【摘要】
目的 运用达芬奇外科手术系统施行胸腺瘤切除手术,为进行胸腺瘤切除手术提供新的微创方法和思路。
方法 选择适合的患者,在全身麻醉下,气管双腔插管,经右侧胸腔插入达芬奇外科手术系统的三个手臂,运用达芬奇外科手术系统进行胸腺瘤切除,并进行周围纵隔脂肪的清扫。观察患者术后并发症及住院时间。
结果 患者手术共耗时120分钟,术中失血20ml。患者术后恢复迅速,于术后第三天拔除胸管。无术后并发症发生,术后第五天出院。
结论 运用达芬奇外科手术系统进行胸腺瘤切除手术,手术视野暴露的清晰程度完全达到开胸手术的水平,该问为运用达芬奇外科系统进行胸部肿瘤手术提供了初步的经验。

【Abstract】
Objective we report the first case of da Vinci surgical assistant system thymoma resection in mainland China,
Methords After general anesthesia and double-lumen tube incubation, The tumor was removed from the right working port and the anterior mediastinal fat tissue was complete resected.
Result The operation time was 120minutes with 20ml blood loss. The patient recovered quickly with no complications and discharged 5 days after the operation.Conclusions:we succeed in completing the first case of da Vinci surgical assistant system thymoma resection.
