基因敲入小鼠（Knockin）
基因敲入小鼠是通过基因打靶，把目的基因序列敲入到小鼠的相应基因位点，使用小鼠的表达调控元件指导目的基因表达。
此类基因敲入鼠一般用于药物的筛选，信号通路的研究等。
