丁香园驻地通讯员张诗峰报道：在2009CSCO年会上，台湾大学医学院附属医院吴明贤教授结合台湾地区结直肠癌发病率变化趋势，阐述了“代谢性炎症”与肠癌发生的相关病理生理机制、不同类型肠息肉病理特征、生长方式及恶变情况，突出强调了易被忽视的非增生性息肉在2-3年的时间即可发展为DeNoVo，应尽早干预的重要性。同时，吴明贤教授也从分子生物学角度介绍了肠癌中k-ras突变和Braf突变的检测。
