会议背景介绍:
The International Conference on Food Factors (ICoFF) started in 1995 and has been held every four years in Japan. This Conference represents a gathering of world experts in food factors which reduce the risk of lifestyle related diseases. ICoFF 2011 will be the fifth ICoFF meeting and the first time to be held outside Japan symbolizing the globalization of this conference.
The main theme of ICoFF 2011 is "Food for Wellbeing-from Function to Processing". This includes food factors for health promotion and disease prevention, sources of food factors and processing aspects of food factors. We will have Plenary Lectures, Symposia, Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions and Exhibitions.
