第一届国际转化医学信息学会议

第一届国际转化医学信息学会议（The International Conference on Translational Biomedical Informatics, ICTBI2012）将于2012年12月8到10日在江苏太仓举行，会议规模200人，国际国内著名学者30人。这次会议主办单位为太仓市正兴转化医学信息学中心，支持单位包括：苏州市太仓市政府，苏州市科技协会，太仓市生物医药产业园，中国细胞生物学学会功能基因组信息学与系统生物学分会，中国运筹学会计算系统生物学分会, 国际转化医学协会，国家自然科学基金委员会。

本届会议设有生物信息学、临床医学信息、医学图像信息学和健康信息学等主题，会议将讨论后基因组时代、面对转化医学所面临的挑战，如何将分子、细胞、个体和群体等不同层次的信息整合，如何结合生物医学问题、为转化医学的研究和应用提高重要的信息支持等。

General Information

The 1st International Conference on Translational Biomedical Informatics (ICTBI 2012), organized by Taicang Center for Translational Bioinformatics, supported by Taicang Municipal Government, Suzhou Association for Science and Technology, Functional genomics and systems biology society of CSCB, Computational Systems Biology Society of ORSC ,International Society for Translational Medicine.

The main topic of the conference will be the translational bioinformatics and systems medicine. The sections in the conference will cover, but not exclusive, topics of translational medicine, bioinformatics, imaging informatics, clinical informatics and health informatics.

ICTBI will be a series of international conferences, which provide unique opportunities that bridge informatics and experiments, academia and industry, researchers home and abroad, to promote the translation of the findings in basic research more quickly and efficiently into medical practice.

The working language of the conference will be English.
