This is the third international meeting on Hydrogen Sulfide Biology and its biomedical effects. The first international H2S conference was held in 2009 in Shanghai, and the second conference in 2012 in Atlanta, where the world leading investigators in H2S biology came together to discuss this important molecule and its physiological and pathophysiological functions.
The conference will represent a period of rapid growth in understanding of H2S chemistry and biology along with possible translational implications that are important for numerous investigators across a wide range of disciplines. This meeting will advance the field through report and discussion on the recent progress in H2S basic chemical and redox biology, and the role of this molecule in physiological and pathophysiological conditions.
We expect 250 scientific researchers to attend this pioneering conference which will host a range of sessions that explore the fascinating capacities of this crucial molecule.
