The American Diabetes Association conducts professional education activities in support of its overall mission to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. It is the Association's belief that the quality of treatment received by the person with diabetes is directly dependent upon the education and expertise of his or her health care team.
