2014年老化与疾病国际会议(2014 ICAD)将于2014年11月1日至2日在中国北京国际会议中心举行。本次会议的主办方之一是国际老化与疾病协会 (ISOAD),该协会总部位于美国,是一个非盈利组织。该协会由来自不同国家、各专业培训机构、专门研究老化及老化相关疾病的基础和临床专家组成,协会主旨是增强该领域专家的联系和互动,促进老化与老化相关疾病发病机制探索、临床诊断与治疗研究、干预新靶点及新药研发,提高老年人的生活质量。本次会议拟邀请该协会多名国际著名医学、生物学家出席并作精彩学术报告。本次会议的其他主办方为中华医学会、中华预防医学会老年病预防专业委员会和中国老年学学会老年医学委员会。承办单位是首都医科大学宣武医院和温州医科大学附属第一医院。大会现诚邀国内老化与疾病相关临床与基础研究人员参加会议征文。会议组委会将从投稿中选取优秀论文作会议报告交流,有关这次会议的更多信息,可以参见www.isoad.org网站。
会议将会为基础研究人员和临床医生提供一个广阔的交流平台,从而更好地应对在老化及相关疾病的研究和临床实践中存在的挑战。我们相信,这次会议将有助于老化及其相关疾病领域中基础和临床研究之间进行更加深入的沟通。
