Dear professors:
It is my distinct pleasure to invite you to visit Changsha city in China from May 25 to May 30 in 2012. The purposes of your visit are to participate in a symposium entitled “The 4th Xiangya International Congress of the Clinical and Basic Research on Cerebellar Ataxia” in Changsha city and more importantly, to establish a collaboration with you in the field of the research on ataxia. You will be looked forward to giving a keynote lecture in this symposium. We will send you the detail meeting agenda to you later.
The meeting will be sponsored by Xiangya Hospital, China. We are inviting all prominent clinical scientists in the field to attend this meeting. We plan to have researchers from the United States, Europe, Japan, and Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong at this event. Your trip will be sponsored by Central South University. The University fund will pay in kind your international airfares, hotel expenses, local transportations and meals.
